Terms of Service
Last updated October 4, 2026
These terms govern use of PAConstableServices.org and service requests submitted through the site. Submitting a request does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship, and information provided through this site is not legal advice.
Service requests
Users are responsible for providing accurate, lawful, and sufficiently complete information. A request may require review, clarification, scheduling, payment, or acceptance before work begins. Availability, timing, and the ability to complete a requested service depend on the facts of the matter and applicable law.
Fees and payment
Quotes and approved charges are based on the information available at the time. Additional work or changed circumstances may require a supplemental charge. Online payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. A matter is not considered fully paid until all applicable active charges are satisfied.
Cancellation and records
A client may request cancellation when the portal permits it. Cancellation stops or changes future work but does not automatically erase work already performed, earned charges, payment history, documents, or records that must reasonably be retained. Cancelled matters may remain visible in the portal for reference and recordkeeping.
Portal use
Users must access only records and functions they are authorized to use and must not attempt to bypass access controls, alter another user's records, interfere with the site, or misuse information obtained through the service. Account credentials should be kept confidential.
Professional network
Registration as a network professional does not guarantee activation or assignments. Professional applicants may be subject to administrative review and credential verification before becoming eligible for work.
