Constable Salter Judicial Services collects information needed to respond to inquiries, provide requested judicial, process-service, notarial, investigative, property-retrieval, and related professional services, operate client and professional portals, and maintain service and payment records.

Information we collect

Depending on the service requested, information may include contact details, organization affiliation, case and court information, service addresses, information about persons to be served or located, uploaded documents and photographs, communications, service-attempt records, and payment-related records. Payment card information is processed by our payment provider and is not stored as full card data in this application.

How information is used

Information is used to evaluate and fulfill service requests, communicate with clients and assigned professionals, prepare service records and proofs, manage billing, maintain business and legal records, prevent misuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Documents and portal security

Portal access is restricted according to account role and record ownership. New sensitive uploads are stored in private storage and accessed through temporary links. Users should not share portal credentials or temporary document links with unauthorized persons.

Sharing

Information may be shared with assigned service professionals, courts, law enforcement, legal representatives, service providers, or other parties when reasonably necessary to perform the requested service, process payment, maintain the application, or comply with law. Personal information is not sold to advertisers.

Retention

Records may be retained for operational, accounting, evidentiary, legal, and compliance purposes. Cancelling a request does not necessarily delete the underlying record, particularly when work, payments, documents, or other recordkeeping obligations already exist.
