Standard Service

Same-day availability is not guaranteed. Requests should be submitted as early as possible.

Additional Recipient at Same Address

When multiple individuals are being served, applicable Priority, Rush, or Same-Day Urgent surcharges are calculated per party/recipient, not once per assignment.

Correctional Facility / Jail Serves
+$25 per jail location
Serves at jails and correctional facilities require extra steps, authorizations, and separate scheduling. The surcharge applies once per facility — additional inmates at the same jail still incur the additional-recipient fee, but not a second jail surcharge.
Service-Level Timeframes
Service-level timeframes refer to the anticipated timing of the first service attempt, not guaranteed completion of service. Successful service depends upon the recipient's availability, accessibility, accuracy of the information provided, and other circumstances beyond the process server's control. Additional attempts will be made as appropriate based upon the circumstances of the assignment and applicable service requirements. No service level guarantees successful service within a specific period.
Mobile Notary Services
We travel to your location throughout Pennsylvania. Travel is calculated automatically from the appointment address.
Mobile Appointment Fee

Base fee for the notary to travel to the requested location and conduct the appointment. This is a service fee, separate from Pennsylvania's regulated notarial act fees.

Facility Surcharge
Applies to notarial appointments at a jail or correctional facility due to additional access, scheduling, security, and facility procedures. Separate from the PA notarial act fee.

Pennsylvania Notarial Act Fee — Additional
Pennsylvania notarial act fees are separate from the mobile appointment, travel, facility, urgency, after-hours, waiting, or other service charges. The current regulated notarial act fee is $5 per notarial act. The final notarial act fee will be determined based upon the actual notarial act(s) performed and applicable Pennsylvania law, and is not included in the $75 Mobile Appointment Fee.

Process Service Skip Trace Add-On

Available in connection with a Process Service request when assistance is needed locating or verifying the recipient's service address. This is a streamlined address-location/verification search and is not a substitute for the Comprehensive Skip Trace when extensive investigative research is needed.
Skip tracing fees cover the research and records searches performed and are not contingent upon a successful locate. Available information varies by individual and source, and a specific result cannot be guaranteed.
Property Retrieval / Civil Standby
Property Retrieval / Civil Standby provides a professional, peacekeeping presence during a scheduled retrieval of personal property or another civil standby situation.
First Hour
$290
Includes up to one hour of on-site Property Retrieval / Civil Standby service at the scheduled location.
Additional Time
$75
Per additional hour or portion thereof when on-site service extends beyond the included first hour. Due upon completion.
Travel
One-way distance to the scheduled service location from our service base. Travel is charged once per assignment based on the one-way distance tier.
Travel time does not reduce the included first hour of on-site service.
